Almost all browser on big screen, on small screen the design editor can't fit.

Don't worry about IE any more, it's dead dead and dead.

Most browsers are pretty similar these days, so you should be ok,

Keep an eye on https://caniuse.com/ if you are unsure.

Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (both iOS and MacOS). If someone reports an issue with something else that people actually use (like Opera) I'll fix it, but I don't test on there.

And I ignore IE. It doesn't exist in my mind.
