I see a lot of biz decisions based on feelings and not based on data, evidence, experimentation.
Based on that, it's not strange that only 1 in 10 startups succeed.
I'm thinking of building a simple data visualization tool - something like:
- Connect your datasource
- Visualize the data on a timescale
So, my questions are:
- What do you use to visualize the data right now?
- What is more important to you data aggregation or data visualization?
- Is there something else that I should ask?
1) I use Google Data Studio very often or simply Microsoft Excel 2) Data collection and aggregation from various sources with different formats is usually a pain 3) Focus on the question/task that should be answered with data. I usually see that the next step in the journey you've described is building dashboards and visualizations that are overwhelming, showing a lot of visualized data, cost time to maintain but does not really answer the questions that should be answered.
